What can I expect in the session?
Then you will be asked what it is you would like to work on. Or, if you have nothing specific to work on, you might be asked, “If you could change anything in your life right now, what would it be?”
Sean will do an intuitive scan to find out what is required to resolve the issue or get the outcome. This is generally followed by belief work, and healing on the mental, emotional and spiritual level.
Sean will probably teach you to use a muscle test, to see what beliefs you have that may trigger the area you are seeking to change.
Nothing is changed without your permission. Sean will ask your verbal permission for every belief change and for any healing that is done.
What do I do to prepare for the session?
Drink plenty of water as it is important to be fully hydrated, this will allow your muscle testing to be clear and strong. During most sessions muscle testing will be needed.
Be is a private and comfortable space, it is recommended to be in a seated position and somewhere you feel safe away from anyone listening in on the session.
Coming into the session with an attitude and intention of wanting positive change and being ready for positive change is important.
It can be helpful to be clear on what issue you want to work on during the session and if you have an idea of how your issue is serving you or what you're learning as a result of the issue, this will rapidly accelerate the pace of your session.

Is there a difference in results between face to face and distance healing?
No, distance is not a factor for getting results with ThetaHealing. Results are exactly the same whether you are in the same location or on the other side of the planet.
How many sessions do I need?
A lot of work can be covered in a short amount of time with the ThetaHealing technique. The amount of sessions needed will vary from person to person on what they want to accomplish. Many times clients will experience a shift within one session, however sometimes the belief systems around the issue are more complex and need deeper belief work done over a few sessions to achieve their desired change. To determine how many sessions you will need ahead of time would really depend on the negative subconscious belief systems attached to your issue and how fast they reprogram into positive and empowering ones.
