The Embodied Creation Process

From Protection to Possibility

Working with me is an embodiment process that supports you to reconnect with your body, increase your capacity to feel, express and become available for the life you are ready to create.

This work is not about forcing your body to release or about producing the biggest tremor, dramatic movement or an intense emotional experience.

Every body opens differently.

For one person, embodiment may begin with a subtle breath, a sensation or a moment of stillness. For another, it may involve shaking, spontaneous movement, sound, emotion or energetic waves.

The deeper journey is developing the capacity to remain connected to yourself while life moves through you.

The Six Phases of the Embodiment Journey

The Embodies Creation Process is based around six interconnected phases.

These phases are not rigid levels that everyone moves through in the same order or at the same speed.

You may experience several phases within one session. You may return to an earlier phase when a deeper layer becomes available. Different areas of your life may also sit within different phases.

The journey is responsive to what your body is ready to explore.

Phase One: Protection

“I do not feel safe enough to feel.”

Protection may appear as:

  • Numbness or disconnection

  • Constant thinking and analysing

  • Feeling frozen, flat or exhausted

  • Difficulty identifying emotions

  • Feeling uncomfortable with attention on the body

  • Wanting to move but feeling unable to

  • Feeling overwhelmed by internal sensations

  • Watching others express while feeling nothing yourself

These responses do not mean your body is failing.

They may be intelligent strategies your system developed to reduce overwhelm and maintain safety.

At this phase, embodiment may begin with one breath, one sensation or one moment of contact with yourself.

The focus of this phase:

Safety, gentleness, grounding and permission.
